Emporda Golf Course

Welcome to the Costa Brava region of Cataluña. From mid September to mid May, one of the very best golfing destinations in Europe with 7 international standard 18 hole golf courses within an 30 minutes of the Villa. Throughout the Autumn, Winter and Spring, the Costa Brava retains it's warm sunny climate thanks to the Pyrenees mountains to the north and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. We get over 300 days of sunshine a year and even in mid January you can expect warm bright days with temperatures between 15º and 18º. Thanks to the snow melt from the mountains, our plentiful water supply makes for lush green courses meandering through mature pine forests of the Les Gavarres National Park, tranquil rice fields of the Empordá plains to Oak forests and rolling hills of La Bisbal.
