Q: Do we have to pay for the cleaning ?
A: No. The cleaning of the Villa before your arrival and after you leave is included in the rate for the week.

Q: Can you arrange for someone to clean the Villa for us mid stay ?
A: Yes, but there is an extra charge of €80 for this service.

Q: We are not naturists. Does this matter ?
A: No, the Villa is not in a naturist village, but is very private. You may sun bathe and swim as you wish.

Q: Will the owners be in the Villa when we are staying there ?
A: No, the clients have the Villa and it´s facilities to themselves for the duration of their stay.

Q: We want to come in the Spring. Can we use the pool ?
A: Yes, the pool is usable throughout the year, but the water will be cold unless you decide to have it heated and there is an extra charge of up to €150 for this service. Normally the pool reaches a temperature of between 26 and 28 degrees C from July onwards until the end August. Before July and after August you may decide to ask to have it heated.

Q: We are bringing our children. Is the pool and Villa safe ?
A: Yes, the automated pool cover is a rated "safety cover" to French NF P90 308 standards and is lockable to avoid any accidents. It also can only be accessed through the kitchen terrace and the lockable kitchen door. There is also a small bolted gate to stop any pets accessing the pool terrace. The gardens are fully fenced and the Villa has an automatic video and coded entrance system.

Q: Can you send us details or a map to locate the Villa ?
A: Yes, 6 weeks prior to your holiday, when I have received the balance, I will send you full details of how to find the Villa.

Q: We have a baby. Do we need to bring a travel cot ?
A: This is up to you. The Villa has a travel cot and high chair for babies.

Q: We are a group of more than 8 people. Can you accommodate us ?
A: I am sorry, but no. The Villa is equipped for 8 clients only.
