All rental prices are in Euros. We require a breakages deposit of €300 cash at the beginning of your holiday and it will be refunded when you leave the Villa in good working order. Prices are for 7 nights and the arrival and departure day is Saturday. During low season, it may be possible to arrange a different arrival / departure day and extra days may be available on a pro rata basis. Contact us for special requests.

A 10% non returnable deposit is required at time of booking to reserve the Villa. The Balance to be paid six weeks before arrival. We accept well behaved, well trained, non-aggressive dogs with prior agreement and there is a surcharge of €70 per stay to cover the costs of the extra cleaning involved. For the comfort of our other guests, dogs are not permitted on the furnishings or in any of the bedrooms. The Villa is strictly non smoking. Smokers may use the outside areas where ash trays are provided.

All kitchen utensils, bed linen, house towels and pool towels, utility bills (gas, water, electricity) and taxes are included in the rate for the week. We also stock the Villa with toilet roll, kitchen paper, bin bags, dish washer tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning chemicals etc and all every day items for the kitchen, so your first trip to the supermarket will not break the bank.

Q: Do we have to pay for the cleaning ?
A: No. The cleaning of the Villa before your arrival and after you leave is included in the rate for the week.

Q: Can you arrange for someone to clean the Villa for us mid stay ?
A: Yes, but there is an extra charge of €120 for this service.

Q: We are naturists. Is the Villa suitable?
A: Absolutely ! The Villa is totally private and you may sunbathe and swim as you wish. Also, there are 3 official naturist beaches within 15km of the Villa, the closest being 4 km away.

Q: Will the owners be in the Villa when we are staying there ?
A: No, the clients have the Villa and it´s facilities exclusively to themselves for the duration of their stay.

Q: We want to come in the Spring. Can we use the pool ?
A: Yes, the pool is usable throughout the year, but the pool heater can only heat the pool from April to mid November. Depending on the night time temperatures, the pool is normally heated to 28º.

Q: We are bringing our children. Is the pool and Villa safe ?
A: Yes, the automated pool cover is a rated "safety cover" to French NF P90 308 standards and is lockable to avoid any accidents. It also can only be accessed through the kitchen terrace and the lockable kitchen door. There is also a small bolted gate to stop any pets accessing the pool terrace. The gardens are fully fenced and the Villa has an automatic video and coded entrance system.

Q: We have a baby. Do we need to bring a travel cot ?
A: This is up to you. The Villa has a travel cot, high chair and play pen for babies up to 3 years old.

Q: We are a group of more than 8 people. Can you accommodate us ?
A: I am sorry, but no. The Villa is equipped for 8 clients only.
