Infinity Pool and Outdoor Hot Tub Overlooking Calonge Castle

The villa has four double bedrooms, one of these double rooms has an en-suite bathroom and one double room can be converted into two single beds. There are two further house bathrooms. Each bathroom has a double walk in shower, sink and toilet. The main house bathroom has "his and hers" sinks, bidet, Jacuzzi bath and sauna room accommodating 8 people.

Downstairs Bedroom Kitchen The modern, fully equiped american style kitchen comes with 5 ring gas hob, overhead extractor, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, sink and washing machine and a solid oak dining table which seats 8. The kitchen has it's own terrace shaded by a pergola with wisteria, jasmin and bougainvillea and views over calonge and the mediterranean sea and a solid teak table that seats 8 people for al fresco dining and a gas BBQ. On The north east terrace there is a small herb garden with fruit trees and table and  chairs for some quiet time away from the pool area.
In the garden there is a 4x8 heated* salt water infinity pool, protected by a child security gate. The Pool is fully automatic and is cleaned weekly by our maintenance crew. The salt water system (same salinity as tears) and electrolysis machine constantly checks and maintains the minimal level of chlorine for more natural (and healthier) bathing. It is surrounded by a 60m² tiled terrace and a further 30m² tropical hardwood deck complete with 8 sunloungers and palm covered sunshade.

To one side of the pool there is a jasmin and bougainvillea covered pergola under which we have an external jacuzzi massage spa / hot tub which is heated to 38˚C and can accommodate 3 people. The Infinity pool comes with a remote control multi-colour LED lighting system for the evenings and an automatic solar powered pool cover.
 Hot Tub Pool At Night There are two lounges in the villa. The upper lounge has two double sofas facing a wall mounted log burner and wide screen TV with DVD player and satelite box receiving most free to watch British and European channels. It has a terrace overlooking the gardens and coastline. The other lounge is situated close to the kitchen and has a further double sofa and high back chair with CD player and large picture window with views to the sea.

* The Pool is heated to a minimum of 28˚C in June and July. There is an extra cost of €150 per week to heat it in Spring and Autumn. It may not be possible to heat the pool to the desired temperature from November to April. Contact Us for further details.
