CASA CAL DOMINO is a four double bedroom Luxury Villa situated on a small wooded hill on the doorstep of the Gavarres National Park and 3 km from the pristine Mediterranean coastline of the Costa Brava. Approximately 90 kilometers north of Barcelona, close to Girona and between the towns of Palamos and Platja d'Aro, the Villa has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the medieval village of Calonge and it's Castle. It has been tastefully renovated to a high standard and is orientated south east so from sunrise over the Gavarres hills and Mediterranean sea it has full sun until early evening allowing the rooms to cool before night time. The Villa and gardens have been designed to allow for total privacy so you can relax as you wish without being overlooked.

The 8m x 4m heated infinity pool has a lockable electric semi-automatic safety cover which conforms to the much stricter French NF P90 308 safety standards. The tropical hardwood pool deck and lower terrace are only accessible through a "pet safe" bolted gate and lockable doors. The owners are animal friendly and well behaved pets (and owners) are welcome. Please note that we do not accept any dogs that are generally considered "dangerous breeds" and there is a surcharge of €70.00 per pet per week to cover the extra costs.

When you arrive in Calonge, we will be waiting to greet you and show you around the Villa. We have extensive knowledge of the local area and can advise you if you have any questions that the House Book doesn´t cover. The Kitchen is well stocked with everyday items and we advise coming to the Villa to see what we provide before buying anything at the supermarket. Also waiting for you will be our welcome pack of fruit, cheese, milk, pate, a selection of local hams, bread, some red and white wine, a bottle of Cava and some soft drinks for the children.

The Villa is located on a quiet residential road within the urbanisation of Mas Ambros. There is ample space for 3 cars immediately in front of the Villa. It has double glazing throughout, natural gas central heating and log fire for the winter months and video coded entrance system.
